All commercial and non-commercial organizations, as well as private individuals and legal entities may become a member of the Chamber.
Chamber membership status shows the reliability of the organization in Russia and abroad and indicates the high reputation of an enterprise.
To become a member of the Chamber you must submit the following documents:
1.Application
2. Profile signed by the head member of the CCI (3 copies.)
3. Copies of the following documents:
certificate of state registration, certificate of registration with tax authorities, Charter and Protocol of authority competent to issue a decision to join SerpCCI;
4. Provide payment of an entrance fee according to the Regulations.
Presidium of the SerpCCI reviews the application and shall notify the applicant about a decision.
Membership card handing to members who successfully passed the SerpCCI actualization procedure.
All members of the SerpCCI are ipso facto parties to the CCI of Russia.
REGULATIONS
on entrance and membership fees of the SerpCCI

1.GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Regulation created in accordance with the Law "On Chambers of Commerce of the Russian Federation", this Charter and determines the order of payment of entrance and membership fees.
1.2. Members of the SerpCCI shall comply with the Charter and proceed with entrance fee as well as with annual membership fee, determined by the Chamber.
1.3. Entrance and membership fees are distributed and transferred to develop infrastructure of the Chamber.
1.4. In accordance with the decision of the Board of the SerpCCI , the Chamber sends 10% of the total annual amount of membership and entrance fees to the CCI RF.
1.2. PROCEDURE OF PAYMENT ENTRANCE FEES
2.1. Joining to the SerpCCI, individual entrepreneurs shall pay an entry fee in the amount approved by the Board of SerpCCI.
2.2. Member of the SerpCCI, who paid entrance fee in the year of joining to Chamber, shall be exempt from paying dues for the whole year when member joined Chamber.
2.3. In case of failure to admit to the SerpCCI, the entrance fee shall be returned in a 5 days period after Presidium decision to refuse a membership in the Chamber.
2.4. Entrance fee shall be transferred to the SerpCCI operating account, using details specified in account department of the Chamber, prior to the beginning of a meeting of the Presidium of the SerpCCI in connection to the admission.
2.5. Approved admission fee is 10,000 (ten thousand) rub.
3. PROCEDURE OF PAYMENT
3.1. Membership fees shall be paid to the SerpCCI in the first quarter of this year, on the SerpCCI account. Payment order indicates "membership fee per year. Not subjected to VAT. "
3.2. Approved membership of an annual fee is 5,000 (five thousand) rub.
